Aime J. Tremblay of Berlin passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital. He was 89 years old.
Born in, Milan Canada, on July 13, 1928 he was the son of Octave and Georgiana (Blais) Tremblay.
Aime was a communicant of Guardian Angel Church, now Good Shepherd Parish. He was a member of the K of C of Canada.
His greatest love was his family; he was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed being outdoors, hunting and fishing with his sons. He also loved to play cards and spending time in his garden.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brothers and sisters and his son Luc who passed away in 1977.
He leaves behind his loving wife Lucia (Gendron) of 65 years; four sons, Jocelyn Tremblay and wife Sandra of Plainfield, NH, Gilles Tremblay of Berlin, NH, Jean Tremblay and wife Jody of Dover, NH, and Guy Tremblay and wife Heidi of Framingham, MA; five grandchildren; Jill, Amy, Sarah, Adam and George; many nieces and nephews.
Callings hours will be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 from 10:30am-12:30pm at Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street, Berlin, NH.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 1:00pm at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish, Berlin, NH. Interment will be at the Russian City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy, 2 Prospect Hill Road, Stockbridge, MA 01262.
