Albert E. Lang Sr.

Mr. Albert E. Lang Sr., 90, of West Milan and Raymond, NH passed away on Thursday Sept. 15, 2005 at the Colonial Poplin Nursing Home in Fremont, NH. He was born in West Milan, NH on June 3, 1915 the son of Perley Lang Sr. and Helen (Leighton) Lang and had lived most of his life in West Milan and has resided in Raymond for the past several years. Prior to his retirement he was employed as a Construction Foreman for Gorham Sand and Gravel. Albert loved being outdoors. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and trapper and he enjoyed very much sharing the stories with his family and friends. Members of the family include his wife Loretta (Hagar) Lang of Brentwood, NH; three sons Reginald Lang and his wife Louise of Raymond, NH and Albert Lang Jr. and his wife Jackie of Raymond, NH and Ernest Lang of Pembroke, NH; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; a sister Mertie Coates of Lancaster, NH; two brothers Francis Lang of Florida and Perley Lang Jr. of West Milan, NH; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by a daughter Joyce Lang and by nine siblings. FUNERAL SERVICES will be held on Sunday afternoon Sept. 18, 2005 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Avenue, Berlin, NH. Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery in West Milan. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday afternoon and evening from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM.
