Arthur A. Morrissette

Mr. Arthur A. Morrissette, 69, of 788 Fourth Avenue, Berlin, NH passed away on Saturday morning July 23, 2005 at his home. He was born in Berlin, NH on April 27, 1936 the son of Phil and Mary Ann (Bosa) Morrissette and has been a lifelong resident. He was a member of St. Joseph Church, now known as Good Shepherd Parish, a member of the Knights of Columbus 4th Degree and was Past Grand Knight. Mr. Morrissette was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. He was self employed as a barber for 46 years. Members of the family include his wife Phyllis (Rooney) Morrissette of Berlin; 4 daughters Celia Morrissette and fianc Keith Johnson of Hoboken, NJ, Donna Russo of Waterville, ME, Liza Aldrich and her husband Richard of Berlin, and Lynda Arsenault and her husband Roland of Berlin; a son David Morrissette and his wife Loretta of Berlin; 12 grandchildren; 2 sisters Sr. Cecile Morrissette, Presentation of Mary of New Ipswich, NH and Sr. Rachel Morrissette, Presentation of Mary of Manchester, NH; a brother Roger Morrissette and his wife Jackie of Shelburne, NH; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday July 26, 2005 at 11:00 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish, 345 Pleasant Street, Berlin, NH. Interment will be in the Holy Family Cemetery in Gorham. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Avenue, Berlin, NH on Monday afternoon and evening from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM.
