Benjamin E. Beland

Benjamin E. “Ben” Beland, 84, of Berlin, passed away on Tuesday December 24, 2024 at the Coos County Nursing Hospital in West Stewartstown, NH. He was born in Berlin on August 15, 1940 the son of the late Fred and Beatrice (Croteau) Beland and was a lifelong resident of the area. He had been employed as a laborer at Brown Company and enjoyed fishing and hunting.

 Family includes his two daughters Becky and Florence; brothers Raymond Beland of Barefoot Bay, FL and William Beland of Thomason, CT; sisters Marie Plante of NC and Florence Valentine of Bristol, CT; his girlfriend of 25 years Tracy Couture of Berlin, NH; stepsons David Poudrier of Berlin, NH and Adam Couture of Barrington, NH; nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his brothers George Beland and Robert Beland.

 Per his request, there will be no services. Spring interment will be held in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Milan, NH. The Bryant Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Online guestbook at www.bryantfuneralhome.net.
