Beverly A. Ingersoll, 71, of Berlin, passed away on Wednesday April 17, 2019 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital. She was born in Wilmington, MA on April 14, 1948 the daughter of Joseph and Amanda (Henderson) Gray and attended school in MA. She later moved to Plymouth, NH before moving to Berlin in 1985. Beverly was active in the community, serving a term as a Berlin City Councilor. She was always busy, generous and would do anything she could for others. During her life, Beverly was self-employed as a hairdresser, worked as a nurses aide at St. Vincent de Paul Nursing Home, was self-employed as a drivers education instructor and most recently as the owner of Ingys Ice Cream Shop with her husband. She loved cooking, gardening, flowers and enjoyed her grandchildren. Family includes her husband Paul H. Ingersoll, Sr. of Berlin, NH; children Paul H. Ingersoll, Jr. and his wife Tracy of Jefferson, NH and Ann Morin of Berlin, NH; grandchildren Christina Morin and husband Dennis Gale of Milan, NH, Keith Morin of Bangor, ME and Chase Ingersoll of Orlando, FL; siblings Carol Moulton and husband Stanley of Campton, NH and Paul Gray and wife Debbie of Campton, NH; nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by grandchildren Taylor and Kaitlyn and a brother Joseph Gray. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday April 25, 2019 at 6 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 6 PM, prior to the service. Interment will be at a later date in the Russian City Cemetery.
