Catherine M. Morin

Mrs. Catherine M. Morin, 80, of 677 King Street, Berlin, NH passed away on Sunday September 21, 2008 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin. She was born in Berlin, NH on April 13, 1928 the daughter of Dominic and Nicolina (Dalphonse) Torro and was a lifelong resident. She had been employed as a cashier at Rousseaus IGA and Morrissettes Market. She was a member of Good Shepherd Parish and enjoyed her grandchildren. Members of the family include her husband Paul L. Morin of Berlin, NH; 1 son Michael Morin of Gorham, NH; 2 daughters Sandra LeBlanc of Berlin, NH and Paula Kinney of Berlin, NH; 5 grandchildren Hunter Morin, Matthew LeBlanc, Troy Morin, Cody LeBlanc and Alyssa Kinney; 2 brothers Albert Torro of Berlin, NH and Fio Torro of Berlin, NH; 4 sisters Theresa Landry of Keene, NH, Mary Savchick of Berlin, NH, Doris Torro of Watertown, MA and Viola Roy of Berlin, NH; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents and by a brother Joseph Torro. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday September 23, 2008 at 11:00 AM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin, NH. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday morning from 10 to 11 AM prior to the service. Interment will follow in the St. Kieran Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to the St. Jude Childrens Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
