Charles E. Morton

Charles E. Morton, 76, of Rochester, NH, passed away on Thursday July 9, 2015 at the Colonial Hill Center in Rochester. He was born in Berlin, NH on February 18, 1939 the son of the late C. Edward and Marian (Duggan) Morton and was raised in Berlin and educated in Berlin Schools. Charles moved to the Rochester area many years ago. He had been employed by Public Service Company of New Hampshire for 37 years. Members of the family include his sons Douglas Morton of Los Angeles, CA, Darren Morton and Kurt Morton and his wife Debra, all of Rochester; 2 grandchildren Brandon Morton and Colby Morton; his sister Mary Trapp of Florida; nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his brother John D. Morton Sr. There will be no calling hours. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Anyone who wishes may make a donation to the Alzheimers Association, Massachusetts/New Hampshire Chapter, 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472.
