Berlin, NH
Claire Marie (Thibodeau) Campbell of Berlin passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was 61 years old.
Born in Berlin on March 14, 1955 she was the daughter of Antonio and Rita (Croteau) Thibodeau.
On December 13, 1975 she married Michael Campbell and together they raised three children.
Claire found her calling when she worked in the activities department at Coos Country Nursing Home. She was devoted to the residents and always put all of their needs above her own, not only at work but in life. She was a friend to everyone she met and she always could light up the room with her smile. She was a fighter and never gave up; she fought long and hard right up until the end. She will be deeply missed by all that knew her.
She is predeceased by her parents and a sister Melinda Thibodeau.
Claire leaves behind her loving and devoted husband of 41 years, Michael Campbell; her son Scott Lacasse and fiance Toni Maslausky; twin daughters Kelley Corcoran and husband Robert and Kerry McLain and husband Mike; Grandchildren, Lexi Lacasse, Megan Riff, Kurt Maslausky, Ashley LHeureux, Kelsey LHeureux, Kolby LHeureux, Logan McLain and Serenity McLain; Greatgrandchildren, Zander Michael Hanks and Keagen Arthur Hanks; four brothers, Kurt Graff from Australia and Sherwood Thibodeau from Connecticut; Edgar Thibodeau and wife Barbie and Norman Thibodeau and wife Denise; eight sisters, Priscilla Breault and husband Richard, Linda Lamontange and husband Rick, Barbara Boucher and husband Ron, Theresa Pandora and husband Eddie, Louise Thibodeau, Lucy Nolet and husband Peter, Gail Hawkins and husband Reed and Shirley Dupont and husband Armand; two aunts Rita Croteau and Claire Riendeau; Several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and her entire family at Coos Country Nursing Home.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2017 from 4:00pm til 8:00pm and on Monday, January 30, 2017 from 11:00am til 12:30pm at Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street, Berlin, NH.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 30, 2017 at 1:00pm at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish.
