Darren C. Morton

Darren Charles Morton, 53, of Berwick, Maine, passed away on June 28, 2017 at the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH, following a long illness. He was born in Berlin, NH on March 14, 1964, the son of Doris (Sullivan) Morton and the late Charles E. Morton. He was raised in Berlin, NH and was a graduate of Berlin High School with the class of 1982. He furthered his education at the NH Vocational Technical College in Berlin and graduated there in 1984. Darren had been employed as a machinist at Pratt & Whitney for 17 years and later did steel work. He has resided in Berwick for many years. Surviving members of the family includes his son Brandyn Morton of Brentwood, TN; brothers Douglas Morton of Los Angeles, CA and Kurt Morton and his wife Debra of Rochester, NH; his mother Doris Morton of Whitefield, NH; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his wife Karen (Couture) Morton. SERVICES: A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. There will be no visitation or graveside services. Interment will be in the Russian City Cemetery in Berlin, NH. Arrangements are by the Bryant Funeral Homes, Berlin & Gorham, NH.
