Debra Hoffman, 68, of Gorham, NH (formerly of Methuen, MA), passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at Androscoggin Valley Hospital with her son by her side. She was born in Lawrence, MA on Oct. 30, 1956 the daughter of the late Burton and Eileen (West) Weinhold. She graduated from Alvirne High School and went on to graduate from Northern Essex Community College with her Licensed Nursing Assistant degree. She devoted her life to caregiving, caring for family, her cats, and being a nurse. She worked at various long term care facilities including Mcgowan Nursing Home just as her mother did, and Town and Country Health Care Center, before moving to Gorham this year. She was fondly known as the crafting queen. She loved baking, trips to the casino, shopping, her Siamese cats, going on cruises, and spending time with her family. 

She is survived by her son Kyle Hoffman and wife Taylor of Gorham; children by marriage: Melanie Hoffman (Kasun) of Manchester, NH, Mandy Hoffman of New York, Michael Hoffman of Barre, VT, Dustin Hoffman of Concord, NH; several grandchildren including Madison; siblings: Linda Carson (Jack) of Spring Hill, FL, Lisa Weinhold of Waukegan, IL, Roger (Carol) Weinhold of Lexington, SC, Bruce Weinhold (Deborah) of Methuen, MA, Kevin Weinhold (Debra) of Methuen, MA; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by sisters Pamela Vasquez and Donna Wrenn.

At Debra's request, there will be no services, a private memorial will be held at a later time. Those who wish may make donations in her memory to Boston Children’s Hospital. Arrangements are entrusted to Bryant Funeral Homes & Crematory, Berlin and Gorham, NH. Memories and condolences may be shared online at www.bryantfuneralhome.net.
