Doris M. Poirier

Doris M. Poirier, 83, of Berlin, passed away at her home on Sunday May 7, 2017. She was born in Berlin on January 5, 1934 the daughter of Fred and Lea (Labrecque) Arenburg and was a lifelong resident. Doris was a member of St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish and of the VFW Post 2520 Ladies Auxiliary. Family members include her daughter Nancy Poirier of Berlin; grandchildren; Kim Mulligan of Berlin and Karen Daisey of Berlin; great grandchildren LJ and Lillian Mulligan and Destiny and Hunter Leeman; her former husband Robert Poirier of Berlin. She was predeceased by her daughters Louise and Helen Poirier and brothers Lyman Arenburg, Clarence Arenburg and Raymond Arenburg. A funeral service will be held on Thursday afternoon May 11, 2017 at 3 PM at the Harvest Christian Fellowship, 219 Willow St., Berlin. Relatives and friends may call at the church from 2 PM to 3PM prior to the service.
