Doris S. Simard

Doris S. Simard, 78, of Kissimee, FL and formerly of Berlin passed away on Saturday January 25, 2014 in Kissimee, FL. She was born in Berlin, NH on February 24, 1935 the daughter of the late Antoine J. and Rose A. (Montminy) Bergeron. Doris graduated from Notre Dame High School in 1953 and had been employed by Thibeault Plumbing and Heating as a secretary and for Berlin IGA as a cashier. She was a member St. Anne Church and a former parishioner of Guardian Angel Church, she was a Life Member of the Ladies of St. Anne and was a member of the Marie Rivier Association. Family includes her husband Norman J. Simard of Kissimee, FL; sons Maurice Simard and wife Melanie Meeker of Kingston, MA and Roland Simard and wife Clemence of Shelburne, NH; daughter Mrs. Diane Drew and husband Scott of N. Conway, NH; grandchildren Jill Barber, Amy Tremblay, Andrew Simard, Michelle Simard, Nathan Simard and Adam Simard; brother Normand Bergeron of Berlin, NH; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday February 1, 2014 at 10 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will be in the St. Kieran Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin on Friday from 6-8 PM .
