Dorothy M. Landry

Mrs. Dorothy M. Landry, 94, formerly of 486 Champlain St., Berlin, NH passed away on Monday June 28, 2010 at the St. Vincent de Paul Rehab and Nursing Center in Berlin. She was born in Berlin, NH on February 10, 1916 the daughter of Onezime and Emily (Doucet) Marois and was a lifelong resident. She did office work for Lavignes Red Wing Express and for Gerard Morin and later worked as a trimmer at Granite State Rubber Co. She was a member of Good Shepherd Parish, having attended St. Anne and Guardian Angel for many years. She was an expert needle worker, loved theatre and traveled to California and Texas. Members of the family include her granddaughter Faith Benedetti of Winthrop, ME; a brother Lionel Marois of Winchendon, MA; nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Albert Landry and a daughter Louise Vestuto. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 1, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 10 to 11 prior to the service. Interment will be in St. Anne Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to A. V.
