Ellenor Allen

Mrs. Ellenor (Sias) Allen, 97, of Berlin, NH passed away on Thursday afternoon, June 16, 2005 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin. She was born in Dummer, NH on Nov. 18, 1907 the daughter of Herbert and Lura (Eastman) Sias and was a lifelong resident of the area. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Body-Line in Berlin. Members of the family include her son Richard Allen of Spring Creek, Nevada; 2 daughters Mrs. Bernard (Rosalie) Conway of Berlin and Mrs. John (Elaine) Conway of Boise, Idaho; 12 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Milton Allen in 1953 and by 3 sisters Marion Holt, June Holt, and Ethel West and by 5 brothers Wilbert, Frank, Clyde, Francis and Wendell Sias. SERVICES: Funeral services will be held on Tuesday morning June 21, 2005 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Avenue, Berlin, NH. Interment will follow in the Willis Cemetery in Dummer. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday morning from 10:00 to 11:00, prior the funeral service.
