Estelle Jeannette Sweeney

Estelle Jeannette Sweeney passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at Coos Country Nursing Home. She was 80 years old.

Born in Berlin, NH on February 10, 1936 she was the daughter of Placide and Gertrude (Aubert) Caron.

Estelles greatest love was her family. She was very artistic and enjoyed painting for family, she was an incredible cook and baker. She found music to be of great comfort.

Besides her parents she is predeceased by her sister Madeline Roy.

Estelle leaves behind her five children; her son Daniel Sweeney and wife Kim of Fayetteville, NC; four daughters Rose Long and husband Leo of Dummer, NH, Angela Croteau and husband Raymond of St. Johnsbury, VT, Kathleen Harvey and husband Steve of Berlin, NH, Jennifer Blair and husband Gregory of Gorham, NH; eight grandchildren, David and Michael Long, Miranda Becker and husband Eric, Melissa Long and husband Nathan, Donald Sweeney and wife Aubrey, Michelle Sweeney, Aidan and Declan Blair; one great-granddaughter Autumn; a brother Roland Caron and wife Laurette; several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish on Friday, December 23, 2016 at 10:00am. Burial will be held at the Russian City Cemetery on Friday, May 12, 2017 at 10:00am.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, December 22, 2016 from 5:00pm-7:00pm and on Friday the 23rd from 8:30am-9:30am at Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street, Berlin, NH 03570
