Faye E. Nelson

Faye E. Nelson, 65, of West Lebanon, NH, passed away Friday, August 4, 2023 at her daughters home in Alexandria, NH after a period of failing health. She was born in Berlin, NH on August 8, 1957 the daughter of the late John F. and Cecilia D. (Gaulin) Nelson. She graduated from Berlin High School and entered the United States Army where she worked in logistics. Following her separation from the service, she was blessed with two daughters and simultaneously attended East Tennessee State University where she graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. She worked as an Accountant for many years before taking a position with the United States Dept. of Veterans Affairs in Boston, MA. She enjoyed reading, especially Harry Potter, and traveling, taking several trips with her family including Ireland, Paris, Amsterdam, Nova Scotia among others. Faye enjoyed cooking and was an avid watcher of the Cooking Channel on TV. Faye's passion in life was her family, and she was especially devoted to her grandchildren whom she adored.

She is survived by her daughters Mollie Adams and husband Shawn of Alexandria, NH and Stacey Crupi and husband Peter of Enfield, NH; her grandchildren: Emma Adams, Justin Adams and Cecilia Crupi; the father of her children Phillip Clark of Johnson City, TN; siblings: Karl Nelson of Berlin, Deborah Alonzo and husband Richard of Berlin, NH, Donna Nelson and husband Patrick Maney of Shrewsbury, MA and Karen Nelson of Mount Holly, NJ; several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a niece Jessica Nelson.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at 11am at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin, NH with interment following in Hillside City Cemetery, Berlin. Relatives and friends are invited to call from 10-11am prior to the service at the funeral home.
