Florence Parent

Florence H. (Bijeau) Parent, 91, of Gorham, NH passed away on Thursday morning, March 28, 2019 at the St. Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. She was born in Berlin, NH on October 25, 1927 the daughter of Peter and Catherine (Lebreton) Bijeau and had lived most of her life in the area. Florence had been employed by SAU 20, as a hot lunch program worker. She loved to cook and bake. Her passion in life was spending time with her family. She was a member of St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Members of the family include her husband Maurice J. Parent of Gorham; her daughters Alice Peters and her husband Armand of Meredith, NH, Beatrice Coulombe and her husband Gary of Kennesaw, GA, Claire Lessard and her husband Dennis of Lenexa, KS and Ann Marie Demers and her husband Allen of Gorham, NH; a son Maurice Parent and his wife Donna of Shelburne, NH, as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two brothers Charlie Bijeau and John Bijeau. There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 1, 2019 at 10 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will follow in St. Anne Cemetery.
