GERALDINE G. (NEAL) PLUMMER



Geraldine (Gerry) Plummer passed away in the early hours of Friday, March 29, 2019 at St. Vincent de Paul Nursing Home in Berlin, NH after a short stay following a stroke. Born April 4, 1924 in Hartland, Maine, she was just six days shy of her 95th birthday.



Gerry was the loving wife of ONeil Plummer, they married after a short courtship on November 28, 1945. She was a loving mother and homemaker who enjoyed knitting, crafts, bingo, and in her younger years, dancing and roller skating.



Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her devoted husband, Former Berlin Police Chief ONeil "Tiny" Plummer on April 3, 1998, son Peter in 2015 and infant daughter, Kelly in 1958; siblings Pauline Stark, Velma Sawyer and infant brother, Harland Neal.



Gerry leaves behind her son Curt and wife Linda of Lawrenceville, GA; daughter Cara and husband Bill of Streamwood, IL; daughter-in-law Denise Plummer of Milan, NH; sister Gwenith Gee of Washington, ME; grandchildren Garth Plummer and Eric Plummer of Loganville, GA; Becky Hayden of Lawrenceville, GA; Alan Plummer and Kerry Gosselin of Berlin; Sandi Annoreno of Elgin, IL; Corey Elton of St. Charles, IL and Kimberly Elton of Streamwood, IL; nine great grandchildren; frequent visitor nieces Sandra Letellier and Constance Dyer; cousin Daniel Hanson and "adopted daughter" Becky Roy Roberge as well as many nieces and nephews.
