Grace Murray

Mrs. Grace (Richer) Murray, 92, of Berlin, NH passed away on Monday November 3, 2008 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin. She had been a resident of the Coos County Nursing Home in Berlin for the past several years, where she made many friends and will be sadly missed by all who knew her. She was born in Berlin, NH on June 30, 1916 the daughter of Eugene and Delia (Couture) Richer. She had lived in Canada and returned to the United States in 1934 where she lived in Lewiston, ME and the Berlin, NH area. She was a former member of the Loyal Order of Moose, a member of the Pioneer Rebekah Lodge #92 in Jefferson, NH, where she had served as warden, and a member of the St. Barnabas Episcopal Church. She is survived by her good friends Reverend Kenneth and Christine Lindsey of Berlin, NH. She was predeceased by her husband Livain J. Murray on November 5, 1995.. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday November 7, 2008 at 11:00 AM at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church. There will be no calling hours. The Bryant Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Barnabas Episcopal Church.
