James Edward Skaradosky, 56, of Hadley, NY, unexpectedly passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024. James was born in Berlin, NH on August 25, 1968. He lived in the Berlin/Gorham area for 25 years before moving to upstate NY with his wife. During his time in his hometown he worked at James River Corporation. After moving to NY he worked at International Paper for many years before eventually making his hobby of music into a dream job.
James/Bubba/Jukebox Jim, shared a love of speed like his father. His father competed in drag racing and later on passed the torch to him. Winter brought snowmobiling season that he loved to share with his father as well. Eventually he shared his love of speed with his kids and taught them how to ride four-wheelers and snowmobiles. Most recently he was teaching his son how to drive a motorcycle. His favorite thing was getting on his bike and hitting the open road. He also shared a love for the Patriots with his sister (Go Tom Brady!). He had fallen in love with traveling this past May after going on a trip to Myrtle Beach and had many more trips planned with his beloved wife. He had a passion for music and shared it with everyone he knew. He loved long talks on the porch (his sanctuary) with his wife, daughter, son and phone calls with his momma. James also had a big heart. He would do anything and everything for his friends and family. Above anything else, James's family was everything. He was so proud of his family and everything they have accomplished.
His family includes his wife of 30 years Lucinda (Houle) Skaradosky of Hadley, NY; his daughter Larissa Skaradosky and her significant other Johnathan Shackett of Glens Falls, NY; his son Jeremy Skaradosky of Hadley, NY; his mother Laura (Adinolfi) Skaradosky of Gorham, NH; sister Leah (Skaradosky) Cram and husband Jeff Cram of Raymond, NH; nephew Aiden Cram and his significant other Sydni Kissane of Raymond, NH; his father-in-law Raymond Houle of Berlin, NH; and many other extended family members and friends near and far.
