Jean L. Losier

Mr. Jean L. Losier, 57, of 68 Losier Road, Shelburne, NH passed away on Friday January 21, 2011 at his home. He was born in Berlin, NH on November 13, 1953 the son of Lazare J. and Barbara (Fall Charles) Losier and lived most of his life in Shelburne. He had been employed by the City of Berlin for 36 years and retired as a foreman of Maintenance. Jean was an avid fisherman, enjoyed hunting, and enjoyed his camp with family and friends. He was a member of Holy Family Church. Members of the family include his life partner Heidi Wight of Shelburne, NH; 2 sons Zack Wight and wife Sarah of Berlin, NH and Jake Wight and wife Kate of Granite Falls, NC; 3 grandchildren Luke, Will and Soleil; 2 sisters Carmen Mason and husband Harley of West Milan, NH and Lorie Losier of West Milan, NH; 2 brothers Lazare Losier of Upton, ME and Patrick Losier and wife Nancy of Berlin, NH; 1 uncle Charles Losier of Berlin, NH; brother-in-law Carl Wight and wife Lorraine of Lisbon, ME; nieces and nephews including Brooke Hansen, Brett Losier and Anja Wight, and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents Lazare and Barbara Losier and a brother Robert Lorraine. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday January 26, 2011 at 11 AM Holy Family Church in Gorham, NH. Interment will be in the Wheeler Cemetery in Shelburne, NH. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 1 Promenade St., Gorham, NH on Tuesday evening from 5 to 8 PM.
