John D. McEwan

 John D. McEwan, 90, of Errol, passed away on July 29, 2024 at his home. He was born in Albany, NY on September 30, 1933 the son of James L. and Ruth (Dawes) McEwan and lived there until he retired in 1987 and moved to Errol. He was a US Navy Veteran and had been employed as a baker for Freihofer's.  

Family includes his sons Steven K. McEwan of Royersford, PA and John D. McEwan, Jr. of Lebanon, NH; 2 granddaughters; 4 great-grandchildren and his brother Richard McEwan of Kill Devil Hills, NC. He was predeceased by his wife Gladys (Fuller) McEwan and his brother Edward McEwan. 

 As he always enjoyed visiting with the kids during Senior Meals, donations may be made to the Errol Consolidated Elementary School, Errol, NH.
