Katherine M. Perry

Miss Katherine M. Perry, 88, formerly of 151 Emery Street, Berlin, NH passed away on Tuesday March 20, 2007 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin. She was born in Berlin, NH on Oct. 20, 1918 the daughter of Ralph J. and Helen E. (Sullivan) Perry and was a lifelong resident. She was a graduate of Berlin High School with the class of 1937 and a graduate of Hesser Business College in 1939. Prior to her retirement, she had been employed as a secretary/bookkeeper for Isaacson Structural Steel, Inc. for 14 years. Kay was a member of St. Kieran Church, now known as Good Shepherd Parish a member of the St. Kieran Altar Guild, was a volunteer at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital, a member of Granite State Independent Living and liked to crochet, read and work with her computer. Members of the family include two sisters Pauline Lambertson and Lorraine Alonzo, both of Gorham, NH; nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her father Ralph Perry in 1970, her mother Helen Perry in 1979, a brother Gordon Perry in 1979 by a sister Theresa Fox in 1989 and by an infant sister Eleanor in 1922. SERVICES: Funeral services will be held on Thursday morning March 22, 2007 at 11 AM in the Chapel of the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Avenue, Berlin, NH. Interment will be in the Calvary Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday afternoon from 2 to 4 PM.
