Laurette Hier

Mrs. Laurette (Scott) Hier, 82, formerly of 25 Success St., Berlin, NH passed away on Saturday morning Jan. 8, 2011 at the St. Vincent de Paul Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Berlin. She was born in Lawrence, MA on Sept. 2, 1928 the daughter of Frank and Lydia Scott and has resided in Berlin for over 15 years. She is survived by her daughter Ramona Solari and her husband Douglas of Englewood, FL; two sons Paul Gauthier and his wife Linda of NC and David Gauthier of Virginia Beach, VA; 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and her companion Paul Delisle of Berlin, NH. She was predeceased by her first husband Ludger Gauthier, her second husband Robert Hier and by a son Ray Gauthier. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Avenue, Berlin, NH on Tuesday January 11, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8 PM. Prayers will follow the visitation at 8 PM in the funeral home. Spring burial will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in St. Johnsbury, VT.
