Leodore Gauthier

Mr. Leodore Gauthier, 76, of 11 Charron Avenue, Berlin, NH passed away on Tuesday November 15, 2005 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin. He was born in Hemingford, PQ, Canada on December 2, 1928 the son of Armand and Anna (Giroux) Gauthier and moved to Berlin when he was 25. He had been self-employed for many years in the logging industry and later was employed by Pike Industries as a truck driver. He was a member of Holy Family Church in Gorham, NH. Members of the family include his wife Germaine T. (Canuel) Gauthier of Berlin, NH; 1 daughter Kimberly Gail Gauthier and her life partner Steve Banks of Center Harbor, NH; 2 step-sons Arthur Descoteaux of Key West, FL and Philippe Descoteaux and his wife Vickie of Granby, CT; 1 grandson Jared Descoteaux of Granby, CT; nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his first wife Claire Gauthier. Private family services will be held at the Bryant Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Mount Calvary Cemetery. Donations in his memory may be made to the Humane Society.
