Leola E. Dubois

Leola E. (Albert) Dubois, a longtime resident of York Street and a resident of Coos County Nursing Home passed away Sunday, January 3, 2016. She was 91 years old.

Born on December 26, 1924 in Berlin, NH, she was the daughter of Adelard and Zelie (Duguay) Albert.

A lifelong resident of Berlin, she attended Berlin Schools and worked for many years in the family business at Dubois Cleaners in Berlin.

Leola lived a caring and loving life. She enjoyed cooking, dancing, and mostly reading. She was an accomplished artist who enjoyed doing oil paintings of scenery and nature.

Besides her parents, she is pre-deceased by her husband Edgar Dubois and several brothers.

She leaves her daughter Louise Pariso and husband Richard of Elmira, NY and her son Buck Dubois of Shelburne, NH; a granddaughter Renee Sullivan and husband Jim of Elmira, NY and Ricky Pariso, Jr of Elmira, NY, a great-grandson Jacob Sullivan, a brother Alexander Albert and two sisters Dora Gagnon and Grace Chevalier all of Berlin. Several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am on Friday January 8, 2016 at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish in Berlin. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Berlin.

Calling hours will be held from 6:00pm-8:00pm on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street, Berlin, NH.
