Lillianne M. (Roberge) Rivard passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at Coos County Nursing Home. She was 72 years old.
Born in Berlin on April 9, 1946 she was the daughter of Omer and Julliette (Gagnon) Roberge. She was a graduate of Notre Dame High School, class of 1964. Following high school she became employed by Granite State Rubber Company as a stitcher.
On October 29, 1966 she married Roland Rivard and together they raised their three sons. They were communicants of Angel Guardian Church now Good Shepherd Parish. She was a member of the Ladies of St. Annes. She had a strong devotion to her faith and shared that faith openly with others. She will be remembered for continuously helping others, she was always willing to lend an ear, a helping hand or just be there to support you.
Lillianne was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family, Lillianne grew up with many siblings and through their faith and love for each other they remained close throughout their lives. She had a love for music and it gave her great joy to sing and play the guitar.
Besides her parents she is predeceased by her brother Denis Roberge and sister Rita Arsenault.
She leaves behind her loving husband of 52 years, Roland Rivard of Berlin; three sons, Paul Rivard of Manchester, NH, Michael Rivard and wife Karen of Londonderry, NH, and Kevin Rivard and wife Darcie of Springfield, NH; grandchildren, Megan, Brooke, Kyle, Katrina, Nicholas, Justin, Vera and Margaret; brothers, Leo Roberge and wife Sue, Donald Roberge and wife Freda; sisters, Sr. Cecile Roberge PM, Sr. Jeanne Roberge PM, Pauline McGee, Louise Roy and husband Maurice and Lucille King and husband Raymond; brother-in-law Norman Arsenault; sister-in-law Sr. Suzanne Rivard PM; several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, April 7th from 3:00pm to 5:00pm and on Monday, April 8th from 8:30am and 9:30am at Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street, Berlin, NH.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 8th at 10:00am at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish, Berlin. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
