Linda R. Levesque

Linda R. Levesque, 64, of 89 Jimtown Road, Gorham, NH went home to be with the Lord on January 17, 2012 with family by her side, following a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Berlin, NH on March 16, 1947 and was the daughter of Harlan and Dorothy (Cole) Cordwell. Linda was a lifelong resident of the Berlin, Gorham and Milan area. She was self employed as an organist and singer and had worked at Irving stores in Berlin and Gorham. She was a member of Harvest Christian Fellowship Church in Berlin and enjoyed music and making people smile and laugh. She is survived by her husband Rodney Levesque of Gorham; her children Michael Metayer and his wife Patty of Berlin, NH, Michelle Metayer of Orlando, FL, Melinda Donovan and her husband Tim of Berlin, Jeffrey Levesque of Orlando, FL and Jessica Levesque of Philadelphia, PA; grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. SERVICES: Funeral services will be held on Monday Jan. 23, 2012 at 11 AM at the Harvest Christian Fellowship Church, 219 Willow St., Berlin, NH. Interment will follow at the Mt. Hayes Cemetery, Gorham. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin, NH on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to either A.V.H. Home Health & Hospice Services, 59 Page Hill Rd., Berlin, NH 03570 or the Food Pantry at Harvest Christian Fellowship Church or to the Gorham, NH affiliate of the American Cancer Society.
