Lorraine Mary (Lizie) Dube

Lorraine Mary Dube, 83, Berlin, passed away after a period of failing health on Monday, March, 23, 2020 at the Pleasant View Center in Concord, NH. She was born in Berlin on July 6, 1936. She is the daughter of Joseph and Yvonne (Gagne) Lizie. Lorraine was a devout Catholic, a communicant at St. Anne Catholic Church of Good Shepherd Parish. She was a lifelong resident of Berlin until July 2019, when she relocated to Pleasant View Center in Concord, to be closer to her daughters.



Lorraine held various jobs in her lifetime. She was employed at Converse, Bass Shoe Company, and retired from Coos County Nursing Home as a Licensed Nursing Assistant. In her retirement she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, reading, and visiting the Chapel.



Lorraine is survived by her two daughters, Christine Perry of Concord, and Cynthia Lessard of Claremont, as well as five grandchildren, Evan Chouinard, Adam Couture, Christopher Lessard, Katelyn Lessard, and Allison Lessard, two great-grandchildren, Brantley Green and Trinity Chouinard, and a brother, Arthur Lizie of Manchester. She is predeceased by her son, Michael Couture, two brothers, Joseph Lizie and Richard Lizie, and a sister, Doris Domingue.



A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anne Catholic Church of Good Shepherd Parish when restrictions on public gatherings have been lifted. In lieu of flowers please consider a Mass intention for the soul of Lorraine Dube.
