Louis Labrecque

Louis Labrecque, 62, of Rochester and formerly of Berlin, passed away on November 24, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Berlin on January 23, 1953 a son of the late Lucien and Laurentia Labrecque. Louis was always a person who loved the outdoors. In his early years and through his high school years he played sports with his cousins and many friends in the neighborhood. He graduated from Berlin High School. As a young man he became a fisherman and hunter and enjoyed these activities for the rest of his life. Louis knowledge of nature and the woods was truly amazing. Louis trained for and became an accomplished Iron Worker, a trade he practiced until his retirement. He is survived by his wife Dale Labrecque of Rochester, brother Normand Labrecque of Chelmsford, MA; sisters Claudette Chase of Phoenix, AZ and Linda Breck Labrecque of Phoenix, AZ; sister in-law Shirley Labrecque of Berlin and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by, a brother Donald Labrecque. A funeral service will be held on Saturday December 12, 2015 at 10 AM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin on Saturday morning from 9-10 AM prior to the service.
