Lucille (Durant) Silts

Lucille (Durant) Silts, 85, of Berlin, passed away on Wednesday October 26, 2016 at the Coos County Nursing Home. She was born in Berlin on August 3, 1931 the daughter of Frank and Laura (Laflamme) Durant and was a lifelong resident. Lucille was a member of Good Shepherd Parish. Family includes her daughters Sandra Silts of Key West, FL and Janet Makarewicz of Northfield, NH; grandchildren Sacha Castonguay, Anthony DAndrea, Jason DAndrea, Barrett Makarewicz and Jenna Makarewicz; 4 great grandchildren; sisters Louise Walsh of The Villages, FL, Linda Porter and Patricia Poulin and brother David Durant of Berlin, NH. She was predeceased by her husband Edward C. Silts on February 9, 2004 and 4 brothers, Leon, Leo, Raymond and Richard. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday November 2, 2016 at 1PM the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday prior to the service from 11 to 1. Interment will follow in St. Kieran Cemetery.
