Lucille Helen (Savard) Marcotte

Lucille Helen (Savard) Marcotte passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at the Coos County Nursing Home. She was 91 years old.



Born in Berlin on June 1, 1927 she was the daughter of Louis and Lea (Hebert) Savard.



Lucille married Armand Marcotte on August 18, 1947 at the Guardian Angel Church, together they raised four children.



Her greatest joy was her family; she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a communicant of Guardian Angel Church, now the Good Shepherd Parish and a member of the Ladies of St. Annes. She dedicated many hours to the church as a volunteer. She also enjoyed playing bingo, playing cards, line dancing, listening to French music and making puzzles.



Besides her parents she is predeceased by her husband Armand Marcotte who passed away on May 14, 1982, her son Roger Marcotte who passed away on December 23, 2001; a great-granddaughter Angel Star who passed away on May 25, 2007; brothers Arthur, Henry, Leo and Bill; sisters, Irene Robichaud, Yvonne Cartier, Theresa Morneau, Rolande Savard and Pauline Thibbetts.



She leaves behind her three daughters; Helen Langlois and husband Lucien of Berlin; Claire Sheldon and husband Gary of Center Conway, and Doris Perreault and husband Michael of Berlin; daughter-in-law Peggy Marcotte of North Carolina; Nine grandchildren, Lori Langlois and wife Lise Gagnon and Christy Langlois, Candace and Jamie Sheldon, Tanya and Nicole Marcotte, Jessica Perreault, Phil Perreault and wife Heather, and Amanda DiFilippe and husband Erik; several great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law Simone Marcotte; nieces, nephews and cousins.



Callings hours will be held on Sunday, July 8th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and on Monday, July 9th from 8:30am to 9:30am at Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street, Berlin, NH.



A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, July 9th at 10:00am at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish, Berlin, NH. Interment will follow at St. Anne Cemetery, Berlin.
