Michael S. Mckinney, Sr.

Michael S. McKinney, Sr., 45, of Gilead, Maine passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin, NH. He was born in Florida on May 24, 1968 the son of William McKinney and Jolene Ferron and was raised in Maine prior to moving to Berlin, NH. He attended Berlin High School and graduated in 1986. He worked for Tillotson Rubber Company in Dixville, NH before moving back to Maine where he enjoyed hunting, working on cars, racing, sports, but most of all loved his children and loved spending time with his friends. He was known to be very spontaneous, had a big heart, a great sense of humor and was very outgoing. Members of the family include his daughter Morgan McKinney and her companion Bronson Cole of Gilead, ME; his son Michael McKinney, Jr. of Berlin, NH; a grandson Carsen Michael Cole of Gilead, ME; a brother Patrick McKinney of Norway, ME; a sister Amy Ferron of Norway, ME; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
