Mrs. Patricia L. Bennett, 89, of Berlin, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2024 at the Coos County Nursing Home after a period of failing health. She was born in Lincoln, NH on November 28, 1934 the daughter of the late Floyd and Catherine (Ayer) Ramsey. She attended Nursing school in Cambridge, MA, graduating in 1954. She moved to Milan in 1968. Patricia was a long-time member of the St. Kieran Altar Guild, an active CCD teacher, and communicant of St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Pat loved her years working at T-Birds Cafe, where you would find her peeling potatoes, greeting patrons, making her delicious apple pies, and always laughing with all those around her. It was truly a special time of her life.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years Daniel H. Bennett of Berlin; daughters Stephanie Giunta and husband Richard of Landaff, NH, and Danielle Gagnon and husband David of Berlin; son Sean P. Bennett and wife Jennifer of Myrtle Beach, SC and formerly of Concord, NH; her grandchildren Kelley, Christopher and wife Abbey, Kaitlin, Gillian, and Liam; great-grandchildren Julian, Ellah and Declan; her siblings Frances Fowler of Lake Mary, FL, and Elizabeth Dauphine of Lincoln; sister-in-law Patricia Michaud; brother-in-law Clifton Dauphine; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her siblings Kathryn Moyer, Floyd Ramsey, and William Ramsey.
The family would like to thank all of those who helped Pat during her recent years at Coos County Nursing Home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 1, 2024 at 1pm at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish, 345 Pleasant St., Berlin. Patricia's family will receive relatives and friends prior to the mass from 10:30am to 12:30pm at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin. Interment will take place privately at the NH State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen. Those who wish may make donations in Pat's memory to Coos County Nursing Home Activities Fund, PO Box 416, Berlin, NH 03570.
