Paulette J. McKenzie-Perry, 70, of Berlin, passed away unexpectedly at her home on March 9, 2019. She was born in Berlin on February 3, 1949 the daughter of Paul E. and Cecile (Roberts) McKenzie and was a lifelong resident. Paulette was a graduate of Berlin High School and St. Josephs College and was employed as a Registered Nurse at Androscoggin Valley Hospital Intensive Care Unit for 42 years prior to her retirement. She enjoyed fishing, snowmobiling, riding ATVs, exercising at the Royalty Athletic Club and was an avid reader. Members of the family include her husband David Perry of Berlin; her mother Cecile McKenzie of Berlin; step-children David Perry and girlfriend Cat of North Carolina and Shawn Perry and wife Amy of North Carolina; 4 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; siblings Robert McKenzie and girlfriend Nancy of Berlin and Old Orchard Beach, ME, Raymond McKenzie and wife Theresa of Gorham, Jackie Bilodeau and husband Edward of Berlin, Paul McKenzie of Berlin, and Linda Gauthier and husband Richard of Gorham; she is also survived by several brothers and sisters in law, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her father Paul E. McKenzie and a brother Jerry McKenzie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at 10am at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Friends and relatives are invited to call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin on Wednesday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm.
