Pauline (Cote) Mccullough

Mrs. Pauline (Cote) McCullough, 85, of Dummer, NH passed away on Sunday morning June 20, 2010 at the Country Village Genesis Eldercare Center in Lancaster, NH. She was born in Berlin, NH on Aug. 17, 1924 the daughter of Urbain and Edmay (Lesperance) Cote and lived many years in Dummer, NH. She attended school in Peacham, VT, Milan, NH, St. Regis Academy and graduated from Berlin High in 1942. Pauline worked at Pratt & Whitney & Sikorsky from 1942 to the end of World War II and was the employed by Rays Gun Shop for over 25 years. She was a member of the Dummer Community Church, the Dummer Community Church Women, a planning board member from 1971 to 2001, a member of the Conservation Commission until 2001 and had served as a library trustee from 2004 until the time of her death. Members of the family include her son James McCullough and wife Sheila of Candia, NH; a daughter Linda Onofrio and husband Kenneth of Jefferson, NH; 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; a sister Doris Perry of Jefferson, NH. She was predeceased by her husband Gleason S. McCullough, a daughter Patricia West, a grandson Robert Onofrio, a granddaughter Mindy West; a sister Leah Conway and a brother Oscar O. Cote. A Memorial Service will be held at the Dummer Community Church on Saturday July 17, 2010 at 1 PM. Interment will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Milan. Donations in her memory may be made to American Rosie the Riveter Association, 2561 Rocky Ridge Road, Birmingham, AL, 35243. The Bryant Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
