Mr. Peter E. Boucher, 56, of 208 Norway Street, Berlin, NH passed away on Saturday morning Jan. 22, 2005 at the Fletcher Allen Health Care Center in Burlington, VT. He was born in Berlin, NH on June 15, 1948 the son of Ernest J. and Bernice (Forestall) Boucher and was a lifelong resident. Peter had been employed by the Brown Company, the Wight Street Market, Bouchard & Caron Building Center and lastly with a full time position with the Army National Guard in Berlin and was also a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of St. Kieran Church, now known as Good Shepherd Parish, a member of the White Mountain Post #2520 VFW, a member of the Ryan-Scammon Post #36 American Legion and a life member of the N.R.A. Members of the family include 2 sons Jamey Boucher and his wife Khristine of Berlin and Matthew Boucher and his wife Alyssa of Barrington, NH; 4 grandchildren Nicholas Belanger, Shaeleigh Valliere, Aidan Boucher and Kaedynce Boucher; 3 sisters Susan Boucher of Burlington, VT, Carol Hayward and her husband Russell of Manassas, Virginia and Karen Selleck and her husband Jeff of Lakewood, Colorado; 3 nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday morning Jan. 29, 2005 at 11 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish, 345 Pleasant Street, Berlin, NH with interment in St. Anne Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Avenue, Berlin, NH on Friday afternoon and evening from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Anyone who wishes may make a donation in his memory to the Peter Boucher Scholarship Fund, C/O the Berlin City Bank, 9 Main Street, Berlin, NH 03570.
