Rachel M. Sweeney

Rachel Maureen Sweeney, 38, of Berlin, NH and formerly of Rhode Island, passed away on Monday, September 11, 2023 at her parent’s home surrounded by family. She was born on February 14, 1985 in Wakefield, RI the daughter of Dennis and Jennifer Sweeney. She grew up in the South County area, before making Berlin her home. Rachel loved camping and waterfalls. She took to the Arts & Literature in the world at a very young age and her drawings, designing and love for music continued throughout her life.

She is survived by a son Aedan William Ford of Georgia; her parents Dennis and Jennifer Sweeney and her partner in life, Michael Feragne of Berlin, NH. Along with her best 4-legged friend, Lilith Bearpaw; who was always by her side.
