Randall E. "Pel" Pelletier, 51, of Berlin, passed away on March 29, 2025, at Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin after a brief illness. He was born on May 1, 1973, in Berlin, NH, the son of the late Donald and Rena (Labbe) Pelletier. Randy was a graduate of Berlin High School, Class of 1992. Over the years, he worked for several local businesses, including Northern Human Services and Rockingham Electrical, where he was employed for 20 years. Most recently, he worked for Wesco Supply in Laconia. Randy had a deep love for music and enjoyed attending concerts. He also liked riding ATVs, fishing—especially along the upper Androscoggin River—and spent many winters ice fishing in his younger years. He valued time with his friends and cherished a few memorable vacations to tropical islands throughout his life.
He is survived by his brother Alan Pelletier and partner Leona Jean of Nottingham, NH and sister Janet Pelletier of Berlin; a niece Mamie Perrault of Conway, NH; and several friends. He was predeceased by his parents, brothers Patrick and Carl.
A Celebration of Randy's life will be held at a future date at the convenience of his family. Those who wish may make donations in Randy's memory to the American Diabetes Association: New England, PO Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116.
