Rita M. Rich

Mrs. Rita M. Rich, 91, of 732 Milan Rd., Milan, NH passed away on Tuesday May 13, 2008 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin. She was born in Berlin, NH on January 13, 1917 the daughter of Wilfred L. and Cora M. (Eastman) Poley and was a lifelong resident of the area. She had been employed by Granite State Rubber Co. for over 20 years and was a member of the First Baptist Church. Members of the family include her sister-in-law Catyan Poley of Phoenix, AZ; nieces Susan King of Washington and Sarah Kirby of Phoenix, AZ; nephews James Poley of Phoenix, AZ, Donald Rich and wife Lily of Milan, NH, Gordon Rich of Gorham, NH and Gary Rich of Milan, NH; great nieces and nephews; a cousin Eleanor Allen. She was predeceased by her husband Henry Rich, a brother Milton Poley and a nephew Erland Rich. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday May 20, 2008 at 11:00 AM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin. Interment will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Milan. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home from 10 AM to 11 AM prior to the service.
