Robert Dandeneau, 82, of Gorham, passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 peacefully at his son's home. He was born in Berlin on January 18, 1942 the son of Roger and Elizabeth (Bartoli) Dandeneau and was a lifelong resident of the area. He was a US Navy Veteran and had been employed as a Mail Carrier for the United States Postal Service. He was a member of Holy Family Church. An avid golfer and enjoyed all things sports. going out to eat and was extremely generous. He was a dedicated father and grandfather, and was actively involved with his family's lives.

Family includes his children Roger Dandeneau and wife Dena of Berlin, NH and Monique Pare and husband David of Wakefield, NH; grandchildren Bronte Lyn (Connor) Bunker, Jensyn Marie Dandeneau, Ian Pare, Timothy Pare and Samuel Pare; his sisters Margaret Pelletier and Julie Smith and their families. He was predeceased by his wife Rejeanne (Rousseau) Dandeneau and an infant son Daniel Dandeneau.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, September 20, 2024 at 1pm at the Holy Family Cemetery in Gorham. There will be no calling hours. Donations in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org). Arrangements are entrusted to the Bryant Funeral Homes, Berlin and Gorham.
