Ronald S. Hawkins

Ronald S. Hawkins, 92, of Milan, passed away on Saturday October 7, 2023 at his home surrounded by family. He was born in Milan on August 24, 1931 the son of the late Raymond and Ethel (Young) Hawkins and lived most of his life in Milan. He was a US Army Veteran and had been employed as an RFD Mail Carrier out of the Milan and Berlin Post Offices. Ronald was a member of the Milan United Methodist Church and was an active member of the community having served as a former school board member, town moderator and sexton for the Milan Cemeteries.

Family includes his wife Beverly (Hamlin) Hawkins of Milan, NH; sons Rodney S. Hawkins and wife Vickie of Grand Blanc, MI, Reed Hawkins and wife Gail of Gorham, NH and Randy Hawkins and partner Charlene Anstead of Laconia, NH; grandchildren Shannon Prout and husband Sam, Lauren Fullerton and husband Jeremy and Ryan Hawkins and partner Jade Harrington; grandson-in-law Andrew Howell; great grandchildren Danika and Dominik Howell, Gavin, Owen and Lennon Prout and Isla Fullerton and sister Pamela Lacroix of Tilton, NH. He was predeceased by his granddaughter Krystle Howell.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday October 12, 2023 at 11 AM at the Milan United Methodist Church in Milan. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
