Scott N. Allen

Scott N. Allen, 58, of Berlin, passed away on November 1, 2023 at his home. He was born in Fall River, MA on August 20, 1965, the son of Steven and Beatrice (Berthiaume) Allen, and had spent his childhood in Newport, RI, prior to moving to New Hampshire as a teenager. Scott was a graduate of Berlin High School and was self-employed as a plumber, the owner/operator of S&T Plumbing. In his spare time, he enjoyed nature and a number of hobbies that brought him outdoors; hunting, fishing, and time spent at the ocean in search of lighthouses were cherished pastimes.

Family includes his wife, Karen (McKinnon) Allen of Berlin; son Shelby Allen and significant other Jaymie Bouchard, also of Berlin; step-children Chelsea Belair of Fremont, OH, and Adrienne Belair of St. Johnsbury, VT; his mother, Beatrice Allen of Sun Valley, AZ; siblings Stephen Allen of Los Banos, CA, George Allen of Massachusetts, Tommy Allen of Fryeburg, ME, Jenise Baker of Show Low, AZ, and Katie Schlemmer of Ohio; along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Scott was predeceased by his father, Steven Allen, and a brother, Kenneth Allen.
