Shirley J. Baker

Shirley J. Baker, 71, of Gorham, passed away on Thursday November 28, 2018 at her home. She was born in Berlin on September 27, 1947 the daughter of the late Elmer and Ruth (Thomas) OHara and lived in Berlin for most of her life. She lived in Bethel, ME for 3 years. Shirley had been employed by the Yokohama Restaurant, Granite State Rubber Company and had been the co-owner of Dons Car Care in Berlin. She loved to color. Family includes her husband Donald W. Baker of Gorham, NH; son Douglas Baker and girlfriend Kathy Ordway of Gorham, NH; siblings Candy Blais of Berlin, NH, Alma Ruel of Berlin, NH, Susan Morrow of Iowa, Edward OHara and wife Christine of Barrington, NH, Frank OHara and wife Madeline of Gorham, NH and George OHara and wife Linda of FL; several half brothers and sisters; many nieces, nephews and cousins and a special friend Beth Sgrulloni. She was predeceased by a brother Michael OHara. There will be no services. Donations in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society. The Bryant Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
