Wayne J. Lapointe

Wayne J. Lapointe, 61, of Manchester, NH, passed away on Wednesday September 6, 2023 at his home. He was born in Berlin, NH on July 29, 1962 the son of the late Maurice J. Lapointe and Sandra L. (Arsenault) Landry. He graduated from Berlin High School in 1980. He was employed as a carpenter for 40 years and was a member of the Carpenters Union in MA. He liked fishing, enjoyed sports (hockey and football), loved spending time at camp and enjoyed Thanksgiving.

Family includes his daughter Danielle Lapointe of Andover, MA; siblings Mark Lapointe and wife Diane of Berlin, NH, Kristine Roy and husband Steve of Gorham, NH, Kathleen Doerwald and husband Drew of Washington, CT, Kelly Woodall of Manchester, NH and Kenny Landry and spouse Mary of Cranston, RI; aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, nieces Desiree Corbeil and Lacey Woodall and several aunts and uncles.

Graveside Services will be held on Thursday September 14, 2023 at 10 AM at St. Kieran Cemetery. Per Wayne’s wishes, please dress casual with Hawaiian shirts and shorts preferred. Donations in his memory may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation or, in lieu of flowers, those who wish may plant a tree in his memory.
