William Pike, Jr.

William Pike, Jr., 85 of Berlin, NH passed away Friday May 2, 2014 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin. He was born in Gorham, NH on September 16, 1928 the son of William, Sr. and Margaret (Conley) Pike and was a lifelong resident of the area. He graduated from Gorham High and was employed by Brown Company and James River for many years in the Woodlands Division. Bill was a member of the Good Shepherd Parish. He loved the outdoors, his camp at Success Pond and spending time with his family and many friends. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Rita (Morin) Pike; son David Pike and wife Wanda, daughters Debbie Ouellette and husband Larry, and Lynne Langley; grandchildren Allan and wife Lisa, Staci, Craig and JoHannah; great-grandchildren Cody and Kyle; brother Robert Pike; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. A Memorial Service will be held at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave, Berlin on Monday, May 12th at 1:00. Interment will be in the Mt Calvary Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, from 11:00 to 1:00 prior to the service. Donations may be made in his memory to Berlin Home Health, City Hall, 168 Main Street, Berlin, NH or a charity of ones choice.
